UV DTF – Build Your Own Gang Sheet

This listing is for UV DTF transfers where you create your own gang sheet.

Transfer Size

• 15" x 12"

• Maximum gang sheet length: 60 inches

Common Wrap Sizes

• 16 oz: 9.5" x 4.25"

• 20 oz: 9.3" x 8.2"

• Small Pen Wraps: 1.5" x 4.75"

• Large Pen Wraps: 2.5" x 5"

• 40 oz Wraps:

  • Top: 12.5" x 5.9"

  • Bottom (Tapered & Straight): 10.5" x 3.7"

Application Instructions

1. Peel the design transfer off the backing.

2. Place the transfer on the cup, ensuring the design is straight and positioned correctly.
   ⚠️ The adhesive is very strong—once the transfer touches the surface, it cannot be repositioned.

3. Press the transfer down, working from the center outward to remove any bubbles.

4. Rub firmly over the entire design with your fingers (the more rubbing, the better).

5. Peel off the clear film—you're done!

How to Order Your Gang Sheet

2. Select your gang sheet size and arrange your designs on the sheet.
3. Upload your artwork.
4. Make sure your artwork is uploaded at the exact size you want it printed.

Artwork Requirements

• Artwork must be 300 DPI or higher

• Files must be transparent
  ❗ Non-transparent images cannot be printed

• If you require us to make your image transparent, a fee will apply

• Poor-quality prints caused by low-resolution artwork will not be refunded or reprinted for free

Gang Sheet Options

• $10.00 fee if we create the gang sheet for you

• Free if you create your own gang sheet

• If you create your own gang sheet, you may place as many designs as you like within the size limits
