Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our location in Parkland, Alberta, Canada.

Currently, we only offer shipping to Canada and the United States. 

We work really hard to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. We currently have a sameday to 4 day lead time (excluding holidays and weekends). 

All orders are shipped via UPS, Purolator or Canada Post. 

Once the order is handed off to the courier, we are not responsible. All claims need to be started with the courier.  We also cannot guarantee delivery time once it’s in the hands of the courier.  If a package gets lost, please get in touch with us right away so we can start the claim. Claims can take up to 3 months or more.  We can not issue any refunds until the claim is finished with the courier. 

 

IF YOU SELECTED UNTRACKED LETTERMAIL:

We can ship via untracked lettermail within Canada and USA. We DO NOT assume the responsibility should your package become delayed or lost in transit. Please select this shipping option at your own risk. 

For all orders shipping to the United States, please be aware that custom and duty charges may occur. Customs and Duty costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
