Due to the nature of our business and customization of products, we can not accept returns. 

If you receive a wrongly printed item, please contact us ASAP so that we can remedy the matter. You have 5 days from the day you receive the item.

DTF Transfer Policy: DTF Transfers are non-refundable. We will not refund purchases due to user errors but we will replace defective transfers. We will request photos of the defective transfers to approve the replacement. This is a no-refund/final sale item with the exception of defects. You have 5 days from the date you receive the item

DO NOT MIRROR YOUR FILE. This would be considered a user error. Has the printer software mirrors the files.

If the file is under 300 DPI, we are not liable for the print. We are also not liable for the way a JPG file prints.  When a customer supplies the file, we are not liable. 

Note: DTF Transfers may arrive with powder and moisture caused by the shipping process; these two things are unavoidable. You may also experience moisture when the items are stored, so keep the transfers in a cool and dry storage environment. To remove moisture, sit the transfer under a hot heat press, adhesive side up, for 90 seconds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue and make it right. You have 5 days from the date you recieved the item.
